The ABC's of Leader Character/ Attributes

3:1-13        a) Anyone who desires to be a church official wants to be something worthwhile. – willing

v 2,13        b) must have a good reputation

v 2,12        c) be married only once/ husband of only one wife/ faithful in marriage

v 2            d) self-controlled/ temperate

v 2            e) sensible/ prudent

v 2            f) well-behaved

v 2            g) friendly to strangers

v 2            h) able/ apt to teach

v 3,8          i) must not be heavy drinkers

v 3            j) must not be troublemakers/ anxious to fight

v 3            k) rather, they must be  kind

v 3            l) gentle

v 23          d) stop drinking water only, take a little wine to help your stomach trouble and other illnesses
